U DRIVE founders, Nicole and Ivanoy are both experienced driving instructors who decided to set up the company following years of success with another driving school. We have created a team of both male and female instructors who are talented and experienced professionals in their field.
The team are committed and passionate about helping learners achieve their own personal goals. We dont just help you pass a test, we equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to drive safely for life.
As a company we understand that every pupil learns differently. That's why we are fully client centred and tailor each lesson to match individual needs, whether you are a complete beginner, preparing for your driving test or looking to refresh your skills.

Nicole Hicks (ADI)
Nicole is a Grade A, DVSA approved driving instructor who provides top class coaching methods. She aims to make lessons fun whilst ensuring her pupils needs and learning goals are always met.
Nicole is an automatic instructor who is passionate about the job, friendly and approachable.

Post-lesson routine: It has to be a flat white!
Favourite thing to hear: "Lets do a mock test" I love seeing a pupil go from that 1st lesson all the way through to a mock!

Hobbies: Spending time with my girls and walking the dog

Ivanoy Brito (ADI)
Ivanoy is a DVSA-approved driving instructor with over 4 years of experience and a pass rate that comfortably surpasses the national average.
Ivanoy specialises in supporting neurodivergent pupils, having undertaken specific training to tailor his approach and create a calm, patient learning environment.
Ivanoy is an automatic intensive course instructor and also offers Pass Plus and Taxi courses.
